Are you serious? You cannot call your blog "...Smartest Guys in the Room" and point to a technician as someone who knows what he's talking about.
I can guarantee that somewhere a sorority girl has won an NCAA Final Four pool and whose predictions were based on variables like uniform color and how adorable the mascots were. That doesn't mean she is an expert.
Likewise, perhaps a little bit more analysis is in order besides this guy was right a couple times. Not to mention that the majority of investors are bearish long-term; so it's not like this guy is saying anything new. Have you studied any advanced mathematics or finance? Everyone knows the market has serious downside risk. So what? Have you asked yourself what it means for the Dow to reach 5000? What is the risk? What are the probabilities? This guy is basing his prediction on nothing more than charts. If you like to invest money based on information like this, then good luck. YOU NEED IT.
